Spring into Phab Volunteering

Spring into Action are currently looking for young people aged 16-25 to join they enterprise project, Spring into Phab Volunteering.
 The project aims to give young people skills in business planning, committee skills, marketing, finance etc in order that they can set up and run a mini enterprise.
 Spring into Action are now a month into the project, and the group have decided that they want to set up a youth club, providing activities for children and young people aged 8 - 30 in the Ribble V

The Danny Ings Disability Sport Project is a fully integrated provision that encompasses 4 key strands, strands that have been specifically designed to engage and empower members of the communities who have a disability.

Happy Heart Cookbook in Hyndburn

One of our members Spring into Action has been  successful in gaining funding to run some outreach work in places that people with learning disabilities meet. This is an exciting project which provides information on improving health through cooking, gentle exercise and health education.

Anti-bullying Week 2015

On the last two days (19 & 20 November) of anti-bullying week, why not make a noise about bullying?

The theme is ‘Make a Noise about bullying’ with the #antibullyingweek.

Men Against Violence Songwriting Workshops

The Preston based charity Men Against Violence will be holding a three-part, free song writing workshop at Korova Bar in Preston for anyone aged 16+ as part of The White Ribbon Campaign to end violence against women. No previous musical experience is necessary.
