Member’s Table Tennis Event in Manchester

Ambition is looking forward to working with StreetGames to run a joint Table Tennis event this year, enabling even more young people to take part. Last year more than 100 young people from 21 youth clubs joined in the fun and they hope this year's championship will be the best yet. Summer Play-scheme in Lancaster

Young Lancashire members, Marsh Community Centre, in partnership with Lancaster City Council is once again running a summer play scheme for children aged 8-11. Young roots opportunity

Hyndburn CVS is running a one off workshop run by the Heritage Lottery on Monday 19 May 4.30—6.30pm, Churchfield House, Church St, Great Harwood BB6 7RE. The workshop is an interactive event designed to display the diversity of heritage projects and to encourage all participants to generate new ideas and projects.

NCS programme via Youth Action in Lancashire

Young Lancashire members, Youth Action, is offering The National Citizen Service (NCS) across Lancashire. The NCS is a voluntary programme that is offered to young people aged 15 to 17 (Year 11 or Year 12 students) in the summer holidays where they will take part in a 4 week programme set up to help improve their skills including, confidence, leadership, public speaking, conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving skills and independence.
