The plan 'One Year On 2010 Update' includes revised actions for the year ahead and records notable improvements over the last year: * A sharp reduction in the number of schools below the government’s “floor targets” for attainment * An increase in young people taking part in positive activities * A continuing reduction in the number of young people reporting that they regularly get drunk, and, * The introduction of an early intervention policy. Voluntary organisations will be invited to participate in a consultation process on new targets for next year's Plan in the next few weeks.
