MusicLeader Regional Training Assistance Scheme
Having trouble affording travel to training events?
Having difficulty affording the type of CPD that you need?
Is MusicLeader North West unable to provide the training that you want, when you want it?
In an endeavour to personalise our services further, and assist our harder to reach members with their professional development, the REGIONAL TRAINING ASSISTANCE (RTA) scheme has been created to share costs with music leaders, who have identified a training solution but need our help to access it.
Maybe you need help with travel expenses, course fees or mentoring/coaching time?
(examples of what we will not fund include the purchase of capital equipment, trips abroad or paying individuals a fee to train).
Initially, the RTA scheme will be piloted in Cheshire, Cumbria and Lancashire from July-September, 2010. After September, we intend to roll it out across the wider North West Membership, for a limited period only.
Please note: As this is a pilot, the offer may be subject to changes in timescale and contributions. Also, this offer is only available in the MusicLeader Regions involved in the pilot.
This is not a bursary. The Assisstance Scheme has been created to share costs with you, not pay them for you. It is important to us, that you are an investor in your own learning.
Obviously, there is eligibility criteria and an application process for this scheme.
