Victorious Girls Brigade win a Wii!

The Girls Brigade are about to get very fit now they have been succesful in winning a Nintendo Wii Sports Package. Janet Turner (of the Girls Brigade, Hyndburn) won the prize as a result of completing Young Lancashire's Big Sector Survey.

Janet said "I'm thrilled to have won the Nintendo Wii, it will certainly come in useful for our volunteers and the work we do with young people - it's a real asset and one we will make full use of!". Janet went on to say"By particpating in the survey it has raised the profile of the children's trust engagement work taking place and my understanding of how we as a smaller organisation can contribute to discussions taking place about young people".
